Hi. Let's grow together.
Are you looking for a therapist and wondering if we are the right fit? Ask yourself these questions:
Do you feel spread too thin, like ice on the verge of breaking? Do you feel like you have to "do it all," which leaves you overwhelmed and stressed?

Are your relationships, responsibilities, or feelings being put on the back burner? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? Sometimes, do you feel like you just want to run away?

If you answered yes to any of these, we might be a good fit. I help many clients with these types of challenges and more.

Great to meet you!
Hi there, I'm Briana and I am a LCSW in Indiana. LGBTQIA+ affirming.
My passion for becoming a therapist is rooted in my own life experiences and mental health journey. My personal experiences have been both a source of struggle and a catalyst for growth, guiding me toward this path with a deep sense of empathy for the challenges my clients face. I approach my work with humility, knowing that I cannot fully understand every experience, and I am committed to learning from my clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy
I empower people by helping them develop their strengths and tools to address stressors of life. Together, we will look at the whole picture to identify what you can change, what you can let go, and what you can move forward with.
This is a safe space to explore your needs and wants, so you may become the best version of yourself. Whether you are coming here with general overwhelm, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, mood swings, attention deficits, or relationship challenges, I'm here to help.

What you can expect from our first session
I utilize evidence-based tools to help address your unhelpful automatic thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors and help you develop short term and long term goals that fit your needs.

Here is what I can help you with:
Anxiety
Anxiety can be a debilitating condition that impacts many aspects of someone's life. Someone with anxiety may feel stuck or "frozen," or they might feel like they want to run away. I offer evidence-based practices to help clients understand and manage their worries and self-defeating thoughts.
Depression
Depression can make it extremely difficult to enjoy life and engage with others. Someone with depression may lose interest in things they once loved, feel like they have no motivation, exhibit low self-esteem, experience suicidal thoughts, and feel hopeless. I offer evidence-based strategies to help clients manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.
Trauma
Trauma can have a lasting impact on a person's life, but evidence-based therapies can help individuals heal and move forward. I offer trauma-focused therapy, including EMDR, to help clients overcome the effects of trauma.
Payment Options
Self pay: $100/session base fee
A sliding scale fee option is available, based on income in relation to the federal poverty level.
